  • Ensure a secure and safe environment for guests and team members.
  • Adhere to safe working practices, including the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Manage security checkpoints effectively.
  • Conduct general security operations.
  • Inspect bags to prevent unauthorized items from entering the park.
  • Monitor vehicle and personnel access to the park.
  • Verify identification and regulate traffic flow.
  • Execute security lockdowns post-operating hours.
  • Perform regular foot and vehicle patrols.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
  • Maintain order during large gatherings and manage crowd control.
  • Testify in legal proceedings when required.
  • Act as the Park Dispatcher and oversee communications during emergencies.
  • Serve as the Security Lead Officer or Officer in Charge in the absence of a supervisor.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Availability for three full days, including one weekend day.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • Certification in CPR/AED and First Aid from the American Red Cross or the ability to obtain such certification.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
  • Possession of a state-issued Guard Card.
  • Capability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to engage with large crowds in a dynamic environment.
  • Capacity to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
