Production Line Lead Opportunity

QPS Employment Group is seeking a skilled Production Line Lead to drive efficiency, foster teamwork, and innovate in a dynamic environment.

As a Production Line Lead, you will be responsible for developing workload schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring a safe working environment. You will also identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement workload schedules to meet production demands and on-time delivery requirements
  • Delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping rules
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Assist in training and provide guidance to other operators as needed
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least two years of previous leadership experience in a production environment (aerospace, chemical, or manufacturing preferred)
  • Good computer skills with understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
  • Able to work overtime and flexible hours as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
