As a Maintenance Technician at Malace HR, you will be responsible for the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Diagnose and maintain all conveyor systems within the facility.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Install and service components such as photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, and proximity sensors.
  • Document and finalize work orders, including labor hours, maintenance activities, and parts utilized.
  • Foster positive working relationships throughout the organization.
  • Be able to lift up to 49 lbs and remain on your feet during shifts that may last up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2+ years of experience with industrial machinery.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in preventative and procedure-based maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher from a vocational institution or college focusing on Mechanical or Electrical fields.
  • 2+ years of apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the mechanical sector.
  • Experience with robotic or electromechanical maintenance.
  • Understanding of computer networking systems and infrastructure.
