Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize an RF scanner to accurately identify and retrieve products for customer orders.
  • Assemble and prepare customer orders for shipping, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Operate a riding powered pallet jack and/or forklift to move products efficiently within the warehouse.
  • Receive and verify processed orders, scanning them into the computer system for accurate tracking.
  • Banding products securely to pallets using company standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize machinery to shrink wrap products on pallets for safe and secure transportation.
  • Operate forklift and pallet jack to stage or load products as necessary.
  • Load orders safely and efficiently, adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Receive merchandise into the warehouse daily upon delivery, verifying inventory accuracy.
  • Unload trucks and verify inventory, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
  • Record and report any issues or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience operating a gas forklift and electric pallet jack required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Warehouse environment required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience utilizing an RF Scanner required.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis required.
  • Able to stand, walk, pull, and bend 100% of the day in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize various types of packing supplies to protect product on pallet for shipping.
  • Reading and comprehension skills required.
  • Must possess computer exposure.
  • Strong initiative and self-motivational skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
