We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Hospital for Behavioral Medicine in Worcester, MA. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the treatment team to provide patient-centered care
- Prescribe pharmacologic interventions as necessary
- Review laboratory and diagnostic test results
- Consult with attending psychiatrists as needed
- Make referrals for further diagnostic testing as necessary
- Master's degree in Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the State of Massachusetts
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
