We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at Urgent Recruiting. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR and Finance teams in our office.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

  • Coordinate and execute activities related to employee hiring, training, and development in alignment with Corporate HR policies.
  • Review and update company policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Bookkeeping Administration:

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Prepare tax returns with the assistance of an accountant.
  • Perform month-end bookkeeping activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.

General Administration:

  • Manage banking activities, including account maintenance and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate general office activities, including maintenance, supply ordering, and preparing for visitors.
  • Process local sales orders and manage loans and local inventory.
  • Manage physical shipping and receiving, as well as process RMA requests as needed.
  • Manage mail and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Administration experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Related degree or certification preferred.
  • Bookkeeping experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Priority ERP.

Work Environment:

No remote work is available for this position.
