Job Title: Space Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Space Controller to join our team in South Jordan, UT. As a Space Controller, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales representatives across the United States, working closely with key stakeholders, managing forecasts, and providing allocation control at a regional level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, sales management, trade management, and overseas offices to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage forecasts and provide allocation control at a regional level to optimize space utilization and maximize yield.
  • Coordinate with local and overseas offices to ensure bookings are accepted in line with direction based on allocation, yield maximization, and utilization.
  • Streamline booking acceptance, customer forecast, and allocation processes through cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Work with the team to procure ad-hoc reports based on management requests.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to function in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Industry-related or transferable knowledge/education.
Preferred Skills:
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency.
  • Planning, prioritizing, and multitasking.
  • Professional written and verbal communication.
