Job Description:
Triage Staffing is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist for a travel assignment in Wailuku, Hawaii. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for medical professionals to interpret.
Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment, such as CT scanners and X-ray machines, to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring accurate and safe positioning
- Administer contrast media and other medications as required for imaging procedures
- Develop and process radiographic images, ensuring high-quality images for medical professionals to interpret
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography
- 1+ year of experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
