Key Responsibilities

  • Participate with offshore teams across project phases

  • Create actionable technical documentation based on gathered business requirements, including training documentation and release notes
  • Assist with scoping and planning of various CRM related projects and initiatives
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing and customizing applications via web services, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Eclipse IDE, Data Loader, Reports and Dashboards
  • 2+ years of working with clients and vendors developing solutions and supporting projects from requirements gathering to release management
  • Experience integrating with other applications
  • Manage multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Manage day to day development activities on the platform using Apex and Visualforce
  • Support the creation of customizations and integrations required to solution delivery
  • Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS
  • Apply best practices and experience to build applications
  • Work closely with other developers in the team, business analyst, QA analyst and project managers
  • Research capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide gap analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development
  • 2+ years of experience working with clients and vendors
  • Experience integrating with other applications
  • Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
