Requirements:
- Current nursing license or permit in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven expertise in behavioral health nursing practices and management.
- Comprehensive understanding of nursing principles and patient care methodologies.
- Demonstrated management and supervisory skills with strong communication abilities.
- A minimum of five years of progressive nursing management experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Ability to effectively plan, direct, and oversee the activities of others, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
