Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Accounts Payable will oversee the daily management of staff and processes, including full cycle accounts payable: invoice processing, payment, analytics, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee the daily management of staff and processes
  • Manage a team of processors and analysts, both onshore and offshore
  • Lead relationship with offshore resources, ensuring SLA's are consistently met
  • Revamp the overall procure to pay process from purchase order initiation to disbursements
  • Create and/or amend policies and procedures on a global scale
  • Accountable for Sarbanes-Oxley controls and other compliance requirements
  • Oversee preparation and execution of activities related to frequent M&A activity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • 8 years of overall accounting experience
  • 3 years previous management experience, with Accounts Payable management experience highly preferred
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both strategic and functional level
Work Environment

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
