Job Overview

Position Summary: The Regional Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Leader. This position requires a high level of organization, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Regional Leader by managing communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  2. Prepare various documents including correspondence, travel expense reports, and reimbursement requests.
  3. Facilitate hospitality arrangements for guests, including booking accommodations and organizing meeting refreshments.
  4. Document meeting minutes accurately and assist in coordinating travel arrangements for ministry partners.
  5. Maintain organized files and records for easy access and reference.
  6. Support the Regional Leader with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of quickly adapting to new software systems.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of international work.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

Work Environment:

  1. Standard office setting with some flexibility in hours.
  2. Must be able to manage the emotional demands associated with sensitive topics related to persecution.
