Position Overview:
Wafer Wet Process Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and enhance electroplating materials and methodologies for Heat-Assisted Magnetic Recording (HAMR) products
  • Execute development of wafer plating, wet etching, liftoff, and wafer cleaning processes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address integration challenges
  • Diagnose and resolve issues on the development line, implementing necessary corrective measures
  • Facilitate the transition of new processes to the manufacturing engineering division

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline
  • Over 5 years of experience in wafer chemical process development
  • Proficient understanding of diverse process techniques
  • Background in wafer-level device fabrication
  • Excellent communication and project management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with noble metal and alloy electroplating development
