Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Active Ohio Home Inspector License.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service mindset.
  • Familiarity with residential construction standards, codes, and regulations is a plus.
