Oryana Food Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Manager to join our team at our 10th Street location. As a key member of our Culinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of our Kitchen, Bakery, and Caf operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curate an exceptional customer experience by ensuring high-quality products, consistent presentation, and excellent customer service.
  • Manage product pricing, margin, and merchandising to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Regularly visit each sub-department to maintain knowledge and provide support to staff, guiding and directing Culinary Leadership as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Prior supervisory and culinary experience, with a strong background in food safety and sanitation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Open availability, including some evening and weekend hours, to support business needs.
Compensation

$50,000 - $60,000, based on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
