Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute comprehensive treatment plans. Evaluate and monitor client progress, modifying interventions as necessary. Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the treatment center through active participation in team meetings and professional development initiatives. Develop discharge and continuum of care plans to ensure appropriate transitions to various levels of care. Manage a patient caseload, including all case management and utilization review updates, treatment planning responsibilities, and clinical documentation as required. Perform other duties as assigned.
