Role Summary

Compensation: $60,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Connect with clients to understand their financial goals and provide customized mortgage solutions.
  • Application Guidance: Assist clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Approval Coordination: Collaborate with underwriters and processors to facilitate a smooth loan approval process, keeping clients informed throughout.
  • Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed on mortgage regulations to ensure all applications adhere to federal, state, and company standards.
  • Market Awareness: Monitor market trends and interest rates to provide clients with competitive mortgage options.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a related role.
  • Thorough understanding of mortgage products and the loan origination process.
  • Familiarity with federal and state mortgage regulations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-energy team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.
