Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Specialist to join our team at Bencraft Mechanical Services Inc, a family-owned and operated HVAC company servicing Brevard County Florida residents for over twenty years. As a reputable Trane Comfort Specialist and award-winning American Home Shield partner, we pride ourselves on using today's technology in our trade.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in HVAC or related fields, familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams, and the ability to handle physical workloads. A strong problem-solving and critical thinking skillset is essential for this role.

This position involves installing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, inspecting and performing equipment repairs and replacements, as well as routine preventative maintenance. Emergency maintenance requests must be responded to promptly while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
