HVAC Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Specialist to join our team at Parrish Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration equipment, HVAC systems, and related components. This role involves working under the direct supervision of the Plant Operations Manager and requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Repair and maintain refrigeration equipment, HVAC systems, and related components
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on all PMC HVAC equipment
• Operate hospital building automation systems for all PMC facilities
• Assist in training others on the team and complete assigned training

• Journeyman's License (HVAC) preferred
• Vocational or technical school certification, training, or apprenticeship required beyond high school
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
