Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of this role is to evaluate residents' needs, create personalized care plans, administer nursing services, assess care effectiveness, and oversee nursing assistants and other staff in delivering quality care. This supervision must comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and document residents' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established protocols
- Supervise and guide nursing assistants in their duties
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification is required
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain safety and sanitary standards

Experience:
Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-Time positions available
- Flexible shift options: 12-hour or 6-hour shifts
- Competitive wage structure
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000, distributed in two payments at 6 months and 1 year of employment
