Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Activity Assistant to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As an Activity Assistant, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by planning and implementing engaging activities, programs, and events that promote their physical, social, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement activities, programs, and events that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the care team to determine the most effective ways to engage residents and promote their overall well-being.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our care programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our residents.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in activity programming and resident engagement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Valid driver's license (if applicable).
