Must possess or be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret clearance

Minimum age: 18+

High School Diploma or GED required

Role Responsibilities:


Monitor and document activities and incidents at designated client locations, ensuring the security and safety of client assets and personnel.

Conduct regular patrols to identify irregularities and inspect security systems and fire safety equipment. Maintain order and enforce site regulations and directives concerning personnel, visitors, and property.

Manage access to client facilities through an admission process. Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle; identify unsafe conditions, hazards, unsecured doors, security breaches, blocked exits, mechanical issues, and unauthorized individuals.

Safeguard evidence or incident scenes during accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.

Respond to incidents including fire, medical emergencies, bomb threats, flooding, elevator malfunctions, hazardous materials, severe weather, and other emergencies.

Prepare logs and reports as necessary. Specific duties may vary and be documented separately. The employee may not be required to perform all functions listed. Additional responsibilities may be assigned, and tasks may be adjusted based on business needs.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

With or without reasonable accommodation, the physical and mental demands of this position may include the following: clear vision, hearing, speaking, and writing.

Occasional reaching with hands and arms, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.

Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for extended periods, and may involve climbing stairs and traversing inclines and uneven surfaces.

Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

Must be able to meet and maintain any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
