About the Role

The Sailpoint IIQ Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Sailpoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution. This includes developing use cases, testing, debugging, data assessments, design, guidance, defect fixes, troubleshooting, and responding to IIQ incidents.

As a subject matter expert, you will provide supporting, maintenance, successful delivery of projects, and resolutions for defects. Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in IAM and Sailpoint IIQ is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and enhance SailPoint IGA solutions
  • Develop Java custom code, custom connectors, and interfaces with other enterprise or cloud-based systems like SAP and ServiceNow
  • Communicate technical aspects of the product and implementation at the technical and/or functional level
  • Develop use cases, testing, debugging, support, and maintenance
  • Prepare technical and user documentation
  • Achieve subject matter expert status for application discussions
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator
  • 3+ years of enterprise software development and implementation experience
  • 3+ years' experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Extensive knowledge of security applications, specifically around identity management and account creation/maintenance, as well as 3rd party IAM offerings
  • Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ or other Identity Management suites and directories, including Active Directory
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, and SQL, with a high proficiency in Java development
  • Experience with web technologies like XML, SCIM, Web and Application Servers, HTML
  • 3+ years of experience configuring IAM connectors
  • 3+ years of experience configuring and customizing IAM products
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors is highly advantageous
  • API Development experience, including Restful APIs
  • Familiarity with Roles Based Access Control
  • Business requirements, design, and documentation of IAM products expertise
  • Adeptness and proficiency at leveraging various technology tools and solutions to assess data, automate processes, and support business needs
  • Excellent internal/external stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in agile environments
  • Understanding of network architecture and design
  • Familiarity with database management and security
