Job Title: BSN Instructor - OB or Peds SpecialtyJob Summary:

Unitek Learning is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BSN Instructor with a background in Obstetrics or Pediatrics to teach clinicals and didactic courses. As a member of our faculty team, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of nurses and contributing to the success of our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other instructors to develop and implement curriculum, assessments, and evaluations.
  • Teach clinical and didactic courses, utilizing principles of adult learning and incorporating technology-enhanced instruction.
  • Assess student performance, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, committee activities, and professional development opportunities.
  • Supervise student clinical experiences, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
Qualifications:
  • Master of Nursing or higher degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active, valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
  • At least four years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of one year in Obstetrics or Pediatrics.
  • Clinical competence in Obstetrics or Pediatrics, as defined by CCR Section 1420(c).
