Position Overview

CDR Health Care, Inc., a leading organization in the healthcare sector, is in search of dedicated individuals to fill the role of Registered Nurses (RN) within the state of Massachusetts.

In this capacity, you will collaborate with a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide vaccinations, focusing primarily on COVID-19 and Influenza, to a varied patient demographic.

The role typically operates during weekdays from 8 am to 7 pm, with possible adjustments based on patient demand, including the possibility of weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate documentation of patients' medical histories.
  • Conduct general assessments and monitor patient conditions.
  • Administer a range of vaccinations.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the position.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside within Massachusetts.
  • Possess a valid Massachusetts RN License in good standing.
  • Hold a current driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Have access to reliable transportation and the capability to drive or be a passenger for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and infection control standards is essential.
  • Full personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required during patient interactions.
  • Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Must successfully complete a drug screening and background investigation.
  • Provide documentation that verifies identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
