Position Overview:
This role is essential in connecting clients with the extensive range of offerings available to assist them in achieving their financial aspirations. The primary duties include balancing service inquiries with sales opportunities, providing expert guidance on financial products, engaging clients with insightful questions to uncover their life and financial objectives, and aligning innovative solutions and services to fulfill client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to cultivate and strengthen relationships by identifying financial needs and suggesting the most suitable products, services, and solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, crafting tailored solutions.
- Promote and deliver banking products such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), and loans.
- Recognize client needs for licensed sales functions and refer them to appropriate business partners.
- Provide quotes for rates, terms, and programs related to banking solutions.
- Mitigate risk in all business, product, and service transactions by utilizing available resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the banking or financial sector.
- Prior experience in a call center environment.
- Background in telephone sales.
- Familiarity with multi-solution customer offerings and service bundling.
- Experience as a Personal Banker managing a high volume of clients.
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
