Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team at Shoreline Fruit, a leading producer of tart cherry products. As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our juice concentrate production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and maintain equipment used in the filtering process to produce clarified fruit juice concentrate and fruit infusion syrup.
  • Clean and sanitize tanks and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy processing environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Participate in training and qualification programs to develop skills and knowledge in areas such as forklift operation and sanitation procedures.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Lift up to 40 pounds and stand for most of the shift.
