We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Property and Casualty Specialist, providing ongoing support and consultation to our clients.

In this role, you'll actively prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships, conduct in-depth risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions tailored to each client's unique needs, prepare and present quotes, proposals, and binders for new business, while handling renewals and policy adjustments.

The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year. Benefits include Annual Base Salary + Commission, Paid Time Off (PTO), Career Growth Opportunities, Hands on Training, Evenings Off, and a Mon-Fri Schedule.

You'll need to have a valid Property and Casualty insurance license and experience in property and casualty insurance, though relevant experience in sales, client management, or insurance-related fields will also be considered.
