**Job Title:** Maintenance Supervisor

**About the Role:** We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations at our residential properties. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and address chronic maintenance issues.
  • Respond to maintenance-related emergencies and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform various maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and state-specific requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and property integrity.
