Environmental Services Director

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Environmental Services/Custodial General Manager 3 to lead our team at UH Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby, OH.
Key Responsibilities- Drive client and patient satisfaction scores through exceptional service and effective communication.
- Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, working closely with the Infectious Control department.
- Partner with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director, and other key hospital leaders to ensure compliance and project success.
- Effectively manage the Unit Operating System and support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- 3-5 years of custodial or housekeeping director-level experience, preferably in a hospital environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Expertise in building and maintaining strong customer/client relationships.
- Ability to analyze data, present, and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization.
- Experience with vendor and contract management, as well as union and contract negotiations.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
