We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Kelly. As a lead mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet of construction equipment and vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in maintaining and repairing various forms of heavy industrial/commercial equipment. Strong knowledge of construction equipment, including operation and repair, is essential. Additionally, the ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics is crucial for this role.

As a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements. You will also diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively and efficiently. Utilizing diagrams and schematics to identify and resolve equipment problems is a key responsibility of this position.

In addition to your technical skills, you will maintain a clean driving record for operating company vehicles and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, squat, and reach for equipment repairs is also required.

This is a full-time position offering an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for heavy equipment maintenance, we encourage you to apply.
