Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Laborer and Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Dreamville Staffing. This role involves manual labor tasks and supporting operations in worksites.

As a Laborer and Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning up worksites from hazardous or obsolete materials
  • Assisting CDL Drivers and other tradespeople on-site
  • Handling and transporting materials and equipment to CDL Drivers
  • FOLLOWING instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
  • Helping with setting up and transferring work items when picking up trash or cleaning grease traps
  • Reporting issues with equipment or unsafe conditions
  • Driving to pick up items needed for the workers or company
Requirements and Skills
  • The ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds etc.)
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to safety rules
  • A valid Driver's License
About the Job

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company values its employees and offers a supportive work environment.
