The Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit is in search of a Clinical Staff Nurse to become a vital part of our committed team.

Our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, featuring 12 beds, specializes in the care of patients recovering from strokes and amputations, as well as those with injuries related to joints, bones, muscles, and nerves. We also cater to individuals with neurological conditions and general debilitation. Our team is devoted to offering meaningful and rewarding opportunities for Clinical Staff Nurses to grow, both personally and as part of a unified team. Nurses operate on a rotating schedule to ensure comprehensive inpatient care around the clock.

Within our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, nurses monitor and assist patients as they progress through their rehabilitation journey. This unit provides an excellent setting for nurses to develop a wide array of skills and enhance their knowledge of rehabilitative care. Our team promotes outstanding collaboration, offering support and teamwork among highly skilled nurses. The Clinical Staff Nurse, a Registered Nurse and essential member of the care delivery team, establishes the standards for care quality and excellence. With responsibility, authority, and accountability for nursing care, they oversee patient care for a designated group and their families, utilizing independent judgment, effective communication, and collaboration with colleagues. This role exemplifies leadership, partnership, collaboration, and supervision, fostering cooperative relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes across the care continuum. Furthermore, the Clinical Staff Nurse demonstrates unwavering commitment to both the community and the nursing profession.

This role is eligible for a substantial Sign-On Bonus for experienced Registered Nurses with over one year of experience.
