  • Assessment: Collaborate with educational teams to conduct thorough evaluations that identify students with communication disorders and guide instructional strategies.
  • Intervention: Deliver tailored interventions that align with the developmental and educational needs of each student, employing evidence-based decision-making.
  • Program Design: Develop comprehensive school-wide programs that offer a range of service delivery models in the least restrictive environment for students with disabilities.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Maintain accountability for student outcomes through data-driven decision-making, including the collection and interpretation of individual and program-wide data.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, as well as local policies, in all professional duties, including IEP development and treatment documentation.
