Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DSP Firmware Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge signal processing algorithms and FPGA firmware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance signal processing algorithms for complex RF systems
  • Implement and verify FPGA firmware using VHDL or Verilog
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FPGA firmware with software and hardware components
  • Develop and maintain documentation for FPGA firmware and signal processing algorithms
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Requirements
  • BS degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a firmware engineer developing and implementing signal processing algorithms on large, dense, high-speed FPGAs
  • Strong understanding of VHDL or Verilog and FPGA design principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • US citizenship required due to nature of the work and contract requirement
Preferred Qualifications
  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • 7 to 10 years' experience as a firmware engineer developing and implementing signal processing algorithms on large, dense, high-speed FPGAs
  • Previous experience designing or working with SIGINT, EW, COMINT, geolocation, or DSP systems
  • MS degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
