  • Take ownership of the Member experience throughout the store, prioritizing their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Shop Your Way benefits, credit options, and warranty plans.
  • Greet Members in a professional and engaging manner, fostering a Member First experience.
  • Process Member transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Assist Members in locating products by guiding them through the store and aiding in merchandise selection.
  • Maintain sales floor organization, ensuring it is clean, stocked, and easy to navigate for Members.
  • Set up promotional and seasonal signage, adhering to national merchandising standards.
  • Support store leadership in resolving Member inquiries and issues as needed.
  • Perform merchandise support tasks during non-peak hours, such as maintaining fitting rooms and organizing merchandise.
  • Stay informed about upcoming events, product updates, and company initiatives.
  • Adhere to merchandise protection standards to ensure product safety.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Basic reading, arithmetic, and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and handling merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Physical agility to perform various movements required by the job.
  • Basic internet navigation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous retail experience.
  • Strong organizational abilities.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Less than one year of relevant experience.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
