Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist (SLP or SLPA) to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders in Adelino, New Mexico.
- Full-time position
- 4 day work-week
- Caseload will be discussed during the interview.
- Onsite work during the school year.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
Requirements:
- A valid New Mexico State SLP License is required.
- A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required.
- Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
