Job Summary

Work Right NW is seeking a highly skilled Athletic Trainer to join our team in Ventura, CA. As an Athletic Trainer, you will play a critical role in promoting workplace health and wellness by providing on-the-job care and injury prevention services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-the-job care and injury prevention services to clients, including evaluating injury risks and providing first aid and treatment for orthopedic or sports-related injuries.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs and initiatives aimed at improving overall worker health, including collaborating with Safety Professionals and Ergonomists to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
  • Use data analytics to assess injuries and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop personalized services to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based clinical practices and technologies to ensure the highest level of care and service.
Requirements
  • BOC Certification
  • CPR Certification (preferred)
