Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Line Technician to join our team at MillerKnoll. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for assembling products and related parts in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products and/or related parts in a manufacturing setting at a standard rate of work based on customer demand and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Operate specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble or move products meeting all necessary specifications and quality control standards.
  • Receive, store, and pull raw and finished goods through the facility in a safe, accurate and timely manner, along with the proper part tracking.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant work experience.
  • Competent in basic math skills such as counting, adding, and subtracting.
  • Ability to work cooperatively within the team as well as with members of other teams to meet goals.
  • Demonstrated willingness to adapt to a continually changing environment.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift and move up to 40 lbs.
