Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to member and guest needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote memberships and programs
  • Maintain a clean and organized welcome center/lobby area
  • Conduct interviews and tours for prospective members
  • Register and sell programs and memberships, and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with volunteers and members
  • Handle and resolve membership concerns and report to supervisor as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and accounting procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic knowledge of computers and ability to learn software
  • CPR/AED/O2/First Aid certifications and other trainings required within 30 days of hire
