Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Aureus Medical Group - Therapy is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Norwich, Connecticut.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to work in an outpatient clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neuro rehabilitation and orthopedics, with experience working with patients with Parkinson's disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut
  • 3+ years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Strong background in neuro rehabilitation and orthopedics
  • PWR Certification and NCS preferred but not required
