Our outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation center is seeking a dedicated and empathetic licensed Physical Therapist to deliver outstanding patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled and respected team that provides both preventative and rehabilitative services aimed at enhancing the quality of life for our community. Compensation up to $100,000 based on experience

Part-time and PRN positions are also available

Typical Schedule: Monday to Friday with varying hours

We welcome new graduate physical therapists to apply, as we have experienced professionals available for mentorship. Our diverse caseload includes sports medicine, general orthopedics, and industrial rehabilitation for patients ranging from teenagers to adults. We are open to discussing flexible scheduling options. This role is ideal for a passionate team player in the field of physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to state practice regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws governing physical therapy practice.
  • Complete all required training and maintain compliance with corporate and clinical service standards.
  • Evaluate, treat, and manage treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy, documenting all necessary information.
  • Maintain respectful and open communication with colleagues, healthcare providers, patients, and their families.
  • Participate in facility meetings as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
  • Valid state licensure or registration as a Physical Therapist is required.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule with potential for early or late shifts.
  • Current CPR certification is mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift patients using proper techniques throughout the workday, with the capacity to lift up to fifty (50) pounds independently.
  • Frequent walking, bending, standing, and reaching during the workday.
  • Visual acuity sufficient for evaluating and monitoring patient needs and maintaining accurate records.
  • Effective communication skills to understand and provide directions.
  • Ability to maneuver wheeled equipment within the facility and community.
  • Proficient fine motor skills for accurate reporting, charting, and handling diagnostic equipment.
