Join DaVita as a Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Patient Care Technician. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

About the Role

As a Patient Care Technician, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and be part of a cross-functional team of clinicians, including technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership.

Requirements
  • Healthcare experience required
  • Desire to enter the healthcare field to care for others
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Ability to work long hours, including 12+ hour shifts, on your feet
