Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by thoroughly understanding customer needs.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate products tailored to their requirements.
  • Boost customer confidence through comprehensive product knowledge and support.
  • Manage sales counter operations, including order processing and pricing inquiries.
  • Effectively communicate with customers via phone, supplying relevant information.
  • Organize and present merchandise in accordance with store standards.
  • Recommend new products to management based on customer feedback.
  • Participate in inventory counts as per established schedules.
  • Restock shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
  • Inform regular customers about new offerings and promotions.
  • Ensure the sales area remains clean and organized to reflect the store's standards.
  • Assist customers with loading purchased items as needed.
  • Utilize the CNRG Resource Center for reporting pricing issues and other concerns.

Safety and Loss Prevention:

  • Comprehend and execute store security measures.
  • Monitor for suspicious activities and report them as necessary.
  • Follow safety protocols and engage in safety meetings.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the store manager. This position is hourly-based and does not guarantee career progression, although exceptional performers may be considered for other opportunities.
