  2. Oversee pre-turnaround preparations including scope definition, risk evaluation, resource allocation, and procurement of necessary materials and services.
  3. Direct the execution of turnaround activities, including contractor oversight, progress monitoring, issue resolution, and quality control.
  4. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and organizational policies throughout the turnaround process.
  5. Track and report on essential performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor progress, identify discrepancies, and implement necessary corrective measures.
  6. Work closely with maintenance, engineering, operations, and other teams to enhance turnaround efficiency and reduce downtime.
  7. Conduct evaluations post-turnaround to assess performance, gather insights, and promote continuous improvement for future projects.

Qualifications:

  1. Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline, coupled with 7 years of experience in Turnaround Coordination.
  2. In-depth understanding of maintenance methodologies, project planning tools, and turnaround best practices.
  3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
  5. Capability to perform under pressure, prioritize competing tasks, and achieve results within stringent deadlines.
