Role Responsibilities: In this position, you will be an integral part of our Universal Support Team, operating within a high-volume contact center. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service across various accounts, including account resolution, payment processing, and website assistance
  • Processing ACH requests efficiently
  • Delivering payoff quotes to both consumers and dealers
  • Managing account signers and beneficiaries
  • Conducting soft collections activities for accounts that are slightly overdue
  • Establishing repayment plans tailored to customers' financial situations, including negotiating potential settlement agreements
  • Utilizing skip tracing tools to locate customers and update account details as necessary
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume contact center setting
  • Strong communication skills with both management and colleagues
  • Ability to exemplify and apply our workplace values in daily tasks

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with flexible scheduling options available.

Travel Requirements: This role does not involve any travel.
