We are currently seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing the sales and marketing functions for ACTIA.Main responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, crafting strategies to achieve sales goals, nurturing customer relationships, and analyzing costs to set product pricing.

Develops and manages the budget for new business initiatives, formulates strategic plans to meet corporate objectives, and executes comprehensive business programs to support sales and revenue goals. Conducts market research to identify opportunities, oversees advertising and promotional activities, and maintains relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.
Sales and Marketing Oversight:
Supervises business development teams, facilitates their growth, oversees the creation of promotional materials, and develops product positioning and pricing strategies. Ensures marketing objectives are met within budgetary constraints and responds swiftly to marketing challenges and opportunities.

Acts as a liaison with external agencies and headquarters on ongoing promotional efforts, working closely with all internal departments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering; a business degree is advantageous.
Minimum of five years of experience in marketing and sales.
Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred.
Proficiency in a second European language is a plus.
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills are essential.
Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.
Working Conditions:

This role requires occasional movement within the office and production areas, including reaching, standing, walking, and handling various tools and controls.
Equipment Use:
Proficiency in operating computers and standard office machinery is necessary.
Communication:
Frequent interaction with colleagues and supervisors is expected, requiring clear and accurate information exchange.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly lifts or moves up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
