Position Summary:
The primary function of this role is to conduct inspections, tests, and verifications of raw materials and processed components to identify defects, wear, and deviations from established specifications. This position ensures that all products meet design criteria and comply with internal, customer, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components.
  • Assess documentation for precision and completeness.
  • Adhere to specific work instructions as outlined in the process traveler.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools effectively.
  • Possess basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and documented properly.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Ability to interpret detailed process instructions and work from blueprints and specifications.
  • Continuous mental or visual focus is necessary for operations requiring high accuracy.
  • Vision must be 20/20 or corrected to equivalent standards.
