At AlphaGraphics, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Quality Control Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards and are properly packaged and shipped to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality checks on all products to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Inspect packaging materials and ensure they are properly labeled and sealed
  • Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Work effectively with the center manager and sales team to resolve any quality issues
  • Perform repetitive lifting of heavy boxes and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Ability to use measuring devices such as scales and tape measures
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a quality control or shipping and receiving environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and shipping software
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
