About Your Role as a Critical Care RN
- Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough patient assessments and continuously monitor critical patients to provide timely interventions and ensure their stability.
- Care Planning: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Patient Advocacy: Be the voice for your patients, advocating for their best interests and ensuring they receive the highest quality care.

Requirements and Qualifications
- A current RN license in Oregon or eligibility to obtain one.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
